We do everything we can to provide the best possible service to our clients. When scheduling your appointment, we respectfully ask that you please be sure this day and time will work for you/your family's schedule.

Please keep in mind that when you schedule an appointment, we are dedicating time entirely to you. It is very difficult for us to fill cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice. This is very unfortunate for other clients who could have been served during this time. It also has a direct financial impact on both the business and our individual therapists.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

Scheduling

Upon scheduling your appointment, via telephone or online, we require your credit card information or gift certificate number in order to reserve your appointment. If you do not wish to provide your credit card information, we cannot guarantee a reservation.



Late Arrivals

Late arrival to your appointment will shorten your treatment time and will be subject to full payment of the scheduled treatment price.

Rescheduling Policy

Out of respect for our therapists and other clients, Banyan Tree Massage and Bodywork, LLC has a 24-hour rescheduling policy. If you miss, reschedule or cancel within less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged the full price for the appointment missed.  This is our policy regardless of other promotional offers or gift certificates.

If the appointment is scheduled using a verified gift certificate number or package, the appointment charge will be applied to your gift certificate or deducted from your package.

*If you wish to give an appointment you cannot make to a friend, family member, or coworker, there will be no charge or penalty since everybody wins!

Inclement Weather

 In the event of inclement weather, we are willing to make an exception to our cancellation policy. We value your safety as well as our therapists’! If our area is under a weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may schedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
